Does anyone want to try to explain that to me? I am not sure if it is the fact that it has been lost, or the fact that it was last seen on Sept. 9th that bothers me...
The phone calls have been made. Now it's a matter of waiting to see if they will actually look into and how long that will take. It should have been sent via regular certified mail. But I do not have access to the person to find out.
