When Moms Pray Together: True Stories of God's Power to Transform Your Child by Fern Nichols
Moms in Touch International is an organization that brings moms together to pray for their children and their children’s schools. As MITI prepares to celebrate its 25th anniversary, Fern Nichols, the founder and president, has collected some of the most inspiring and encouraging stories of God’s work in answer to those prayers. When Moms Pray Together will inspire and equip mothers to pray more consistently and hopefully for their children while encouraging them through the stories from moms everywhere.
Part of me already knows it, but this book confirms it. I need other mamas around me in a community of prayful partnership. Being a mama is a task that is one of the most important jobs in the world and it is hard. Emotionally taxing and physically stressful at times, yet also incredibly sweet. Nurturing your child will have a large effect on the rest of their lives and praying with other mamas will help you accomplish your goals. As you can do all things through Christ and when gathered in his name he is there. All mamas should find time to read this little book and learn from what it has to share.

When I first started my blogspot blog, I got bogged down in giveaways and such...but the real reason I like to blog is that you connect with others on a level that you normally wouldn't. I get to read about people who are doing the exact same thing I am day in and day out...and to find a common bond is refreshing! I might pick this book up. Looks like a good read!
I completely agree. That is how I found two of my best friends. One in Oregon who is a blogger and the other in Wisconsin who is a reader.
If I were in GA I'd loan you the book. But I do think it is worth the mula.
