Eclipse by Stephenie MeyerMy review
rating: 4 of 5 stars This is probably my least favorite of the four books, but the details in it are definitely necessary for the story as a whole. I'm not quite to the halfway point of book four, and I just love the "story" in this saga. I do not know that I have ever read such long books so quickly, but my attention is caught and rapt and Stephenie never lets it go. I truly am "thirsting" for more.

I have just started this book. It took one of my sons a long time to finish this one so I kept asking my other son, who had finished it, can I just skip to Breaking Dawn. He said no.
No no no, definitely no skipping. So much would be lost. The book has it's times when it is great, and better than others, but it was not my favorite. I'm only a quarter through "Breaking Down" and "Eclipse" was entirely necessary. *grin*
I haven't read this series. I have heard a lot about it though and it sounds good. I would have to start with the first book. I just hate reading out of order! lol

My least favourite book in this saga would be New Moon. For now because I haven't read BD yet. Will get started on it ASAP. I finished Eclipse a couple of nights ago and was sad to finish it. It was an enjoyable read for me. :)
Josette,
I think I just do not like Jacob and his arrogance. I am not sure really. It was just the one book that did not make me giddy happy and goofy in a way that the others did. If that makes any sense? LOL.
