June Wrap Up/Mid Annual 2009 Reading Wrap Up

In 2008, I read over 109 books.

I wanted to pass that in 2009, but being pregnant (it's my excuse and I'm sticking to it!) has really cut into my reading time. I'm terrified of what having an infant and later a toddler will do to it. Maybe she'll like to sit and listen to Mama read... I have reviewed practically every book that I have read this year. Most of the reviews are in the archives of my blog and all of my reviews are on goodreads. If there is a specific one you want to read and cannot find it just by searching (left column up high there is a search bar), then comment and I'll find it for you. Sorry it's just too much to imagine putting in all the links right now.

To try to help a little, I'm going italicize the Fiction and bolden the historical fiction ...

I would say with expecting a little one you're doing great! I don't have that excuse, therefore my reading rate is just pathetic this year. ;-) My TBR pile is sky-high too!

My guess is, read before that baby gets here. You'll be BUSY afterwards! That's one hefty reading list. And I thought mine was large.

I think you've had a great year so far. Good luck with your goals for this month.

Kudos to you on reading so many books and managing to write reviews. It *will* change when your little one arrives, but I have no doubt you'll be back at it in no time. It will just be an adjustment those first few weeks. Then, you'll settle into a new schedule that works for you both.

And babies love mama's voice, so reading TO your little one will be perfect.

Reading to her will be a healthy too, as it will make me drink more water. :)
