How to stop PROCRASTINATING even if it is an inherited trait . . .
I would hope to learn how to stick with changes I'm trying to make, instead of trying them out for a while and then giving them up. I really need to start exercising more, and I'll have a burst of motivation, but a couple of weeks later it's gone. Maybe this book would help me to keep at it. :)
